These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of SyncSERP. By accessing or using the service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
SyncSERP provides analysis of Google Ads and Search Console data to surface insights and recommendations. We do not directly manage ad spend or make changes to your accounts — actions are taken by you or your authorized agents.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it. When connecting Google services you authorize SyncSERP to access the permitted scopes.
If you choose to connect Google Ads or Search Console, you authorize SyncSERP to access the necessary Google APIs. We request only the scopes required to read campaign, performance, and Search Console metrics (for example, https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords and https://www.googleapis.com/auth/webmasters.readonly).
We will use any Google Ads developer token and API access strictly in accordance with Google's terms and policies. You must not use SyncSERP to attempt to circumvent Google policies. SyncSERP reserves the right to suspend integrations that are used in violation of Google's terms.

You must not use the service for unlawful purposes, to attempt unauthorized access to third-party systems, or to interfere with the operation of the service.
All content, design and software provided by SyncSERP are our property or licensed to us. You may not reproduce or redistribute our proprietary content without permission.
The service is provided "as is" and we make no warranties regarding accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for lost profits, data, or other indirect damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or for other legitimate reasons. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where SyncSERP is operated, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
