SyncSERP ("we", "our", "us") provides an automated service that analyzes Google Ads and Search Console data to surface actionable insights. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
We use data to provide and improve the service, generate insights, communicate with you (including marketing if you opt in), and to investigate abuse or security incidents. We do not sell your personal information.
When you link Google Ads and Search Console, we only request the minimum OAuth scopes required to read data needed to generate insights. Typical scopes we request include:
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords — access to Google Ads data (read-only where possible).https://www.googleapis.com/auth/webmasters.readonly — read-only access to Search Console data.OAuth tokens are stored encrypted at rest and access to them is limited to backend services that need to fetch your Google Ads or Search Console data. We treat these credentials as sensitive and rotate or revoke access when you disconnect an account or request deletion.
We may use third-party vendors for analytics, error reporting, hosting, and payments. Those vendors have access only to the data necessary to perform their services and are bound by contractual obligations. Please review third-party privacy policies for details.
We retain your account and analytics data for as long as your account is active and for a limited period afterwards to support service operations and legal obligations. OAuth tokens are retained only while you keep the integration active and are deleted when you disconnect the integration or when your account is removed.
To revoke SyncSERP's access to your Google account, you can remove SyncSERP from your Google Account's permissions page and/or disconnect the integration in the app. To request deletion of your account data, email info@syncserp.com and we will follow up to verify and process the request.

If you connect Google Ads for programmatic access we will comply with Google's Ads API Developer Terms and the Google Ads API policies. We only use developer tokens and API access for purposes described in this policy and do not share developer credentials.
We retain contact and account data for as long as your account exists and for a limited period thereafter to comply with legal obligations and to support our analytics and product improvement needs.
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. However, no system is completely secure — please notify us at info@syncserp.com if you suspect a security issue.
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your account data by contacting us at info@syncserp.com. You can also disconnect Google integrations from your account at any time.
The service is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
We may update this policy occasionally. We will post the updated policy here with a revised "Last updated" date.
